Work at the Railroad Shops - Reduction of Wages

No matter what the condition of the money market may be, there is always work to be done at the R. W.& O. railroad shops. Late in the fall, each year, when the regular supply of work begins to slack, the rolling stock of the road is carefully overhauled for the succeeding summer campaign.
